We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition and Abatement Manager to join our team. As a Demolition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior demolition and/or Asbestos, Lead, and Mold Abatement projects from start to finish. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in various interior demolition and abatement techniques.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate demolition and abatement projects, including creating work schedules, performing tool box talks with your team, and assigning tasks to team members
Coordinate and work closely with your supervising operations director to see projects through efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols for all personnel throughout the demolition and abatement process
Supervise and train crew members, providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements and develop appropriate strategies and protocols
Ensure crew is adhering to proper time management and job timelines
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Manage waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations
Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, labor hours, equipment maintenance, and manifests
SkillsOSHA 30
Experience with interior machinery such as skid steers, flooring machines, Lull, etc.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in the field
Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to demolition work
Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality workmanship
Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 5–10 years’ experience
Must be able to produce references for previous jobs and production efficiency
Compensation$85,000 – $90,000 annual salary
