• Lead all day-to-day store operations
• Coach, develop, and support a high-performing team
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality
• Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Manage store profitability, labor, expenses, and inventory
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in retail, automotive service, commercial tire, or a similar operational environment
• Proven experience leading teams and managing daily operations
• Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A leader who enjoys developing people while driving operational results
