Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems at customer sites;
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications and manuals;
Complete service acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signature;
Available for on-call emergency service;
Provide recommendations and quotes to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate
