Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead, Fulfillment

Position Overview

This position is located at our distribution center in Tucker, GA. The Warehouse Fulfillment Team Lead will supervise daily operations in the warehouse, focusing on order picking, packing, inventory control, and shipping. This position ensures efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards, while guiding a team to meet fulfillment goals.

• Supervise and coordinate a team of fulfillment associates in daily warehouse tasks.
• Assign tasks and manage priorities to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stock handling.
• Train and onboard new team members, reinforcing best practices and safety procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide real‑time feedback and support.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Operate and oversee use of warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
• Communicate with other departments to resolve inventory or order issues.
• Document discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit daily or shift reports as required.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish required
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience required
• Comfortable with technology; and can utilize Microsoft Word, and Excel
• WMS experience required, must be comfortable operating with multiple WMS Systems. Ideal candidates can demonstrate proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems. Experience working with any of these systems is a plus (Shipbob, Shiphero, Shipstation, Extensiv)
• Experience working with lot controlled product (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attentiveness and accuracy to details
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Forklift certified

• Background and drug screenings required
• Exposure to warehouse conditions including standing, walking, and lifting

Job Type: Full‑time

This is a salaried position. Most days an 8 hour shift is sufficient but there are times when longer shifts are required. General work hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a one hour lunch break. Weekend shifts may be required from time to time depending on staffing and volumes; peak holiday shipping may require candidate to work during second shift as necessary.
