Multi-skilled Carpenter; Kitchens and Bathrooms

Salary: £41,512 per annum plus benefits and on‑call allowances.

Hours: 39 hours per week.

Travel: Regular travel across Dorset.

Employment type: Permanent Role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer‑focused, highly motivated Multi‑skilled Carpenter to join a dedicated team of professionals. From the initial job report to completion, you will play a integral part in delivering kitchen and bathroom works at pace and to a high standard, whilst meeting our customers’ needs and complying with all current legislation. The role encompasses a diverse and rewarding working routine, with great benefits, access to a company van, uniform and all trade‑relevant power tools supplied.

• Required skills & certifications: Proficiency and certification in carpentry and associated skills in plumbing (1st & 2nd fix), tiling, decorating, floor laying (sheet & tile). It would be advantageous to also hold skills in plastering, UPVC window repairs and installs.
• On‑call duty once every 12 weeks with standby allowance.

• Qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ level 2 or equivalent, with a minimum of one year post‑qualification experience within kitchen and bathroom fitting.
• Excellent team player with independent problem‑solving skills and ability to work without supervision.
• Basic IT competency, including use of an iPad.
• Skilled, positive, polite, and approachable, eager to learn and work with the company’s equipment and systems.
• Full driving licence essential.
