We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Skilled Labourer to join Magna's Asset team. This position offers a varied and fulfilling routine with excellent benefits. The role requires delivering high-quality work from initial report to completion, while ensuring compliance with current legislation and meeting our customers' needs. • You will be responsible for general labouring, clearance and cleaning, including basic brickwork and concrete repairs, as well as general yard and basic maintenance duties.

• This role requires a skilled labourer who can work independently, demonstrate a positive attitude, and interact politely and professionally with customers and colleagues.

• The successful candidate will participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota once every 10 – 12 weeks, for which you will receive an additional pay allowance.

• Proven labouring experience within the building / trade industry.

• Good understanding of property repair processes and materials, with the ability to work without supervision.

• Great customer service skills alongside basic IT skills, as we manage our workload and record our tasks on a mobile device (iPad).

• You will need to hold a full driving license and be prepared to travel to our customer’s homes across the Dorset area.
