Your role

As a Senior Dairy Trader at Bdairy, you’ll lead procurement and sales, focussing on the French-speaking markets. Managing customers and generating new business energizes you. Your days will be dynamic, filled with travel, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

Excel and push boundaries. That is why closing deals is an exciting part of your day. With your commercial mindset and market knowledge, you also know how to establish long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers.

Collaboration is key  will collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to innovate and streamline processes, ensuring smooth operations.

Adapt to market changes and tackle new challenges head-on. You will combine your expertise with continuous learning to provide tailored solutions, considering market volatility, supply chain risks, and dairy product trends.

Exploring new cultures, when visiting clients around the globe and attending trade fairs.

Ownership of growing the business, setting ambitious personal goals, and striving for greater success.

Actively participate in internal discussions about market directions, trends, and positions, sharing your knowledge and insights with junior colleagues to help them make informed decisions.

Do you have the right ingredients?

You completely recognize yourself in the above points.

You have a completed bachelor’s/master’s degree in an economic or market-oriented field.

You have a strong knowledge of English et vous parlez couramment le français!

You are excited to work from our office in Dordrecht, but also to regularly visit your French-speaking clients.

Minimum of 4 years experience in commodity trading, by preference in the dairy field.
