Work-on in Dordrecht zoekt een teamleider accountmanagement die een team van accountmanagers aanstuurt en zelf een klantenportfolio beheert. Doel is behoud en groei van bestaande klanten met ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling als leidinggevende.
Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar commerciële ervaring, sterke coachingsvaardigheden, en uitstekende Nederlandse taalbeheersing. De functie is hybride met 32–40 uur per week en biedt trainingen, groeikansen en internationale mogelijkheden.
