Compensation: £28,080 / year

• Provide a personalised touch to each guest’s stay, from placing family photos and home‑baked shortbread by their bedside to ensuring their preferred bedding is ready – making every visit to Skibo feel special.
• Work proactively and attentively, responding to guest requests and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Maintain impeccable standards across the castle and family lodges, ensuring every room reflects the warmth, luxury, and attention to detail that defines The Carnegie Club.

• Friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people.
• Team‑player who enjoys working alongside colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ideally have experience in a venue such as a guest house or hotel; if not, training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and take direction, and keen to progress through training and development.
