At the heart of the guest arrival experience at Skibo is the care and attention given to every detail across the estate. From the moment our members arrive at their lodge, the exterior presentation sets the tone for their stay.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing lodge exteriors to an exceptional standard prior to every guest arrival
• Cleaning and maintaining windows, frames, and surrounding finishes with meticulous attention to detail
• Carrying out high-level dusting and removing cobwebs to ensure a pristine appearance
• Cleaning and presenting decking areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and guest‑ready
• Maintaining and arranging outdoor furniture in line with presentation standards
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns across lodge exteriors
• Managing your daily schedule independently to ensure all lodges are completed on time
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are maintained and used safely and effectively

• Previous experience in a cleaning, maintenance, or presentation–focused role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
• Full, valid driving licence (essential)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistently high standards
• Good awareness of health and safety practices

• A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional presentation standards
• A proactive and self‑motivated approach to your work
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy in all aspects of the role
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team when needed

• Full‑time contract – 40 hours per week
