, you'll be the welcoming face of the castle - building relationships, anticipating needs, and helping create moments that stay with our guests forever.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
• Providing expert knowledge about Club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate
• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations
• Overseeing smooth check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail
• Escorting members and guests to their accommodation, assisting with luggage, and noting any special preferences or requirements
• Supporting with events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a concierge, front of house, or guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury or private members' club environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with solid computer literacy and administrative ability
• Confidence in managing check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handling guest requests swiftly and efficiently
