Pay Rate: $21

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join their team in Dothan, AL. This role provides analytical accounting support while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable exceptions
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams and business partners
• Assist with cash and account reconciliations
• Use critical thinking to resolve issues efficiently
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain strong communication while working independently
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with accounts payable or invoice processing
• Customer service experience supporting internal and external customers
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and video platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365, including Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes
