Accounts Payable Specialist
Pay: Starting at $16.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM;
Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Type: Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time Employment

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting department. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounts payable records and financial documentation.
- Verify purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and account status.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Support other accounting and administrative functions as needed.
- Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
