Accounting Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career while working in a collaborative team.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare invoices, apply customer payments, and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform data entry.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Provide backup support for the Controller and Shipping department.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
