Role Description

The Automotive Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dothan, AL. This role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements, while following company standards and safety procedures.

The technician will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, support suspension and brake services, assist with tire installation and rotation, and complete multi‑point inspections. Daily responsibilities include using shop equipment properly, documenting work performed, communicating findings to service leadership, and helping maintain a clean, organized work area. The technician will work collaboratively with teammates to deliver fast, accurate service and uphold the company’s commitment to customer care and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to perform routine services and general mechanical work.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Oil Changes and Automotive Repair to complete quick service tasks and address common mechanical issues.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Suspension to support inspections, diagnostics, and repairs affecting ride quality and safety.
  • ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and shop equipment safely and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift automotive components as required by the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in an automotive service or repair setting is beneficial.
