City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their facility maintenance needs are met with exceptional service and professionalism. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific facility maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all operations meet city-wide quality and compliance standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote expanded services to existing clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any service issues effectively.
  • Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles in facility management or building maintenance sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage contractor relationships.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
