• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in bid management, preferably within transportation or technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market intelligence for bid strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Understanding of procurement processes and regulations within the transportation industry is a plus.

• Lead the end‑to‑end bid management process, including qualification, strategy development, proposal preparation, and submission.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify bid opportunities and understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop compelling proposals that address customer needs.
• Prepare necessary bid documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with specifications and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective bid management.
• Support contract negotiation efforts with legal and sales teams to secure favorable terms.
• Evaluate bid outcomes and performance metrics and implement improvements.
