Job Description
Join Baker Tilly’s Global Trade Management team as an Operations Support role! As part of our Development Advisory team, you will support a variety of services related to global trade and customs, including preparing SOWs, special projects and research. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytically strong, and interested in building a foundation in client service and project management within a growing advisory practice.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Build foundational skills in project management and client service
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field required
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various levels of client personnel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience supporting or creating Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Involvement in professional or student organizations

The Wisconsin compensation rate range for this job position is $62,. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
