Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Direct Hire Traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, a firm knowledge of multiple roofing systems and their installation practices, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a hands‑on approach and the ability to manage various trades and subcontractors effectively. Relocation Assistance is available for the right candidate.
- Supervising the completion of multiple roofing projects from beginning to end
- Visiting job sites daily to include Military Bases and Government Facilities
- Tracking Labor
- Inspecting roofing systems to ensure warranty and client satisfaction
- Providing clear communication with co-workers, clients, and supervisors
- Travel Schedule 17 days out and 4 days at home
- Climbing on Ladders, and lifting at least fifty pounds
- Installation of roofing systems to include BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low
-slope roofing systems, sheet metal, metal roofing and retrofit framing.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints is essential.
