This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Construction Project Manager located in the Greater Madison Area. The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project coordination, budgeting, and construction timelines. Additionally, the role involves liaising with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• 3‑5 years of commercial construction / GC project management experience
• 4‑year degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Field experience / carpenter / intern experience preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of construction processes. Technical and professional continuous training will be provided.
• Highly detailed and motivated
• Experience with new ground‑up, commercial buildings
• Work with a small team building ground‑up projects for growing businesses in the Madison area
