- 3+ years of experience in live event production, preferably involving staging, lighting, sound, pyrotechnics, or special effects.
- Proven experience supervising event crews, AV technicians, or production staff.
- Ability to manage multiple production timelines and adapt quickly during live event environments.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
Insight Global is hiring an Event Production Manager to support a fast‑growing, family‑owned production company specializing in large‑scale live events, including fireworks displays, special effects, staging, lighting, and sound. This organization manages events ranging from major holiday productions and collegiate football activations to weddings and specialty shows across the Southeast.
The Production & Events Manager will play a key leadership role in planning, coordinating, and executing live events. This person will oversee production crews, manage schedules, hire day laborers as needed, and ensure events are executed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality. This is an on-site position based in southeast, AL + travel around Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando and the southeast region.
We are paying $55-60k + relocation assistance if required.
