- Job Title: Call Center Sales Representative
- Location: Remote (based in Daphne, AL)
- Salary: $18–$25/hour
- Contract Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing professional customer service and supporting appointment scheduling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and registration
- Provide information about dental services and procedures
- Make outbound calls to follow up with patients, provide reminders, and encourage future appointments
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high patient satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely with consistent availability during business hours
- Experience in call center, sales, or healthcare customer service roles
- Knowledge of dental services or medical terminology
