Associate Dentist No Nights

Southern Pine Dental is a well-established, growth-focused private practice in Dothan, Alabama, located near a major regional hospital. Our team is collaborative, experienced, and driven, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient care.

We operate in a market with high patient demand and low competition
, which means our doctors build productive schedules without the grind. We're adding an associate to meet that demand, with full clinical autonomy from day one and a clear path to co-ownership for the right long-term fit.

Compensation:
35% of collections

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $900 per day
for the first 6 months

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: $5,000

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• No nights, no weekends
• Flexible 4- or 5-day week

This is a full-time role in a high-demand market with a bread-and-butter general dentistry foundation and real room to grow. You'll have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making, supported by an experienced clinical team.

Grow your production by bringing referred-out care in-house. We currently refer out implants, complex extractions, root canals, and Invisalign
. An associate who has, or develops, these skills has an immediate path to higher production and a larger role in the practice.

• CBCT imaging
• Three digital scanners

Ownership is on the table. The practice is open to bringing on a co-owner for the right candidate, and the demand in this market supports it.

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with an Alabama license or the ability to obtain one
• 2+ years of experience preferred
  ; strong newer dentists encouraged to apply
• Clinically strong, with a desire to grow into advanced procedures
• Positive, ambitious, and team-oriented
• Interested in long‑term growth and co-ownership
