Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician – Nocturnist
Patient Information- Patient Demographics: Adults across all socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds
- Patient Volume/Census: 9–10 patients per provider per night
- Case Mix: Unassigned ED patients, transfers, inpatient consults, critical care admissions (co‑managed)
- No. of Beds in Department: 420-bed facility
- Specialty Backup Available: 24/7 subspecialty support including pulm/critical care and radiology
- Support Staff Available: Full intensivist support, in‑house radiologist, 3 other physicians available
- Reason for Coverage: Expansion of hospitalist group
- Rate: Competitive salary with nocturnist shift differential and option for quarterly bonuses
- Paid Malpractice with Tail: Yes
- Paid Interview Expenses: Yes
