We are seeking a highly skilled Neurosurgeon to join a distinguished team at a leading 420-bed regional referral and Level II trauma center. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible, dedicated to providing exceptional neurosurgical care to adult patients with a variety of neurological and spinal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive neurosurgical services, addressing both operative and non-operative brain and spine conditions.
- Perform neurosurgical procedures and manage patient care in both clinical and hospital environments.
- Engage in emergency coverage, consultations, and collaborative care efforts with multidisciplinary teams, including neurology, neurocritical care, radiology, and anesthesia.
- Operate within facilities equipped with advanced imaging technology and a dedicated neurointerventional lab.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, hospital-employed role with a focus on a single campus, eliminating the need for travel between multiple hospitals.
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery.
- Possess or be eligible to obtain an Alabama medical license.
