$500K-$550K guaranteed; partners earn $845K-$1.6M annually plus $339K+ ASC distributions.

Schedule:

4-5 days per week with half-day Fridays; call only 2 nights per month and 2 weekends per year.
Support:
Two NPs per physician for scribing, administrative, and patient care support, plus experienced nurses and techs.
Facilities:
ASC ownership with in-house endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology.
Partnership:
Track in 1-2 years with a sweat-equity model and $10K buy-in.
