Dedicated Nocturnist schedule is 5p-3a Equitable schedule with 7-day block off every month Average of 14 shifts per month, 9 and 10-hour shifts All ED physicians are residency-trained and board-certified in Emergency Medicine High acuity in Level 2 Trauma center Independent fast track staffed with mid-level providers Zone model with Physician, APP, and RN practicing together in each zone Opportunity to teach residents and medical students Benefits:
