Part-Time Placement Coordinator

As a Part-Time Placement Coordinator , you'll play an important role in connecting physicians with meaningful locum tenens opportunities. Success in this position comes from building strong relationships, understanding physicians' career goals, and guiding them through the placement process with exceptional communication and follow-through.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is self-motivated, and can effectively manage multiple physician relationships while working independently in a flexible, remote environment.

Candidates may choose between guaranteed monthly compensation ranging from $1,500 to $2,000, based on an agreed-upon weekly commitment of approximately 15–20 hours, or a 100% commission-based compensation model for those seeking greater flexibility.

• Recruit and build relationships with physicians interested in locum tenens opportunities.
• Learn each physician's goals, preferences, and availability to identify the right opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and guide physicians through the recruiting and placement process.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up throughout the placement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, and Business Development to ensure a seamless physician experience.
• Keep recruiting activity and physician information accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
• Contribute to recruiting and placement goals while delivering an outstanding physician experience.

• Previous experience in recruiting, healthcare staffing, sales, business development, or relationship management preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
