Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $210/hour + night differential, bonuses, incentives
Additional Compensation: Sign-on and retention bonuses, paid malpractice including tail coverage

What You’ll Do

Provide emergency care in a busy Level II trauma center with high acuity patients.
Manage an average of 60,000 patient visits annually.
Collaborate with mid-level providers in a fast-paced ED environment.
Participate in trauma and stroke protocols as part of a comprehensive care team.
Utilize advanced EMR systems and diverse clinical resources.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
Engage in on-call rotations to support continuous trauma and emergency care.

What You Need
Required:

Valid Alabama medical license or eligibility
Certification in ABEM or AOBEM, or confident preparedness
EM residency training
1+ years of emergency medicine experience preferred

Preferred:

Experience in high-volume, high-acuity settings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
