Single Aim, LLC is seeking a licensed physician to collaborate with a nurse practitioner in a mobile wellness practice based in Alabama. The practice operates part-time and offers IV hydration, DOT physicals, and rapid drug testing.
You will provide quarterly telehealth consultations to discuss case notes and conduct on-site visits twice a year. Additionally, the collaborating physician will serve as the lab director for drug testing services, though on-site presence is not required.
