Flowers Hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its collaborative, patient-centered Hospitalist team in Dothan, Alabama, on a PRN basis. This opportunity offers exceptional scheduling flexibility in a supportive clinical environment with strong physician leadership and robust specialty support.

Position HighlightsUltimate Flexibility: True PRN scheduling to seamlessly fit your availability.
Shift Options: Both day and night shifts are available.
Clinical Environment: Work alongside a stable, collaborative team managing a 32-bed Open ICU.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
Must hold or be eligible for an active Alabama medical license.
Competitive hourly shift-rate compensation.
