ThispositionofferstheopportunitytocombineadvancedEPpracticewithphysicianleadershipinacollaborative,patient-centered environment.
Thisroleprovidesphysicianleadershipacrossclinicoperations,supportingacoordinated,team-basedapproachtocardiovascularcarewithafocusonelectrophysiologyservices.
The Medical Directorwillhelpmaintainandadvanceclinicalstandards ,protocols,andperformancethroughqualityimprovementandoperationaloversight.
- Eligibleforandabletoobtainmedicalstaffprivilegeswithintheorganization
- Provideclinicalleadershipforelectrophysiologyservicesandbroadercardiologyoperations
- Collaboratewithadministrationon:
- ScopeandgrowthofEPservices
- Equipmentplanning(mappingsystems,devices,labneeds)
- Spacedesignandworkflowoptimization
- Standardizationofclinicalprotocolsandpathways
- Maintainstrongreferralrelationshipswithcardiologists,primarycarephysicians,andregionalpartners
- Workwithclinicalteamstoestablishandmonitorqualitymetricsandpatientoutcomes
- Addressclinicalandoperationalissuesimpactingthemedicalstaff
- Fosteracollegial,high-performingclinicalenvironment
- Deliver comprehensive
cardiacelectrophysiologycare
,includingdevicemanagementandproceduralservices - Assistinstrategicplanning,including short-andlong-termservicelinedevelopment
- Programgrowthanalysis
- Participateinmultidisciplinarycommitteesandcardiovascularservicelineinitiatives
