Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary of $550,000-$600,000
- Partnership track in 1-2 years with a low buy-in
- Partner compensation exceeding $1.2 million annually, plus ASC distributions

- Monday-Friday schedule
- Half-day Fridays
- Minimal call responsibilities:
- Approximately 2 weekday nights per month
- Only 2 weekends per year
