Caseload details: 5th grade student, would be responsible for helping teach

ASL (along with DHH teacher) and with regular 1:1 duties

• Provide interpretation services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing in educational settings
• Facilitate munication between students, teachers, and staff
• Ensure accurate interpretation of classroom instruction, discussions, and school-related activities

• Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (CI or CT)
• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Experience working with students in an educational environment preferred
• Ability to adapt interpretation style to meet the needs of diverse learners

• Alabama Educational Interpreter License preferred
