Southern Company is seeking an O&M specialist to support GPC R2
Gen solar, BESS, and DER facilities in the Western South Georgia region. The role covers monitoring via SCADA, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for medium-voltage systems up to 34.5kV across Georgia and Alabama sites.
The candidate will manage LOTO, safety compliance, and Maximo-driven work planning. Travel across the region will be required, with some nights, weekends, and on-call work expected.
