Key Accountabilities
- Process Improvement and Control:
Be Omya 4.0 active member. Participate in actions/solutions to improve process control, reduce energy costs, and improve quality. - Participate in actions/solutions to improve equipment monitoring and energy monitoring.
- Participate in plant audits related to Omya 4.0, energy, instrumentation, and power.
- Investigate new technology to improve plant safety (Intelligent PPE, improved alarming, etc.).
- Support CCs in developing budgets, Project Charters and mentoring Energy CC, Instrumentation CC, Power CC, Omya 4.0 CC.
- Provide support to the GOP Engineering team.
- Responsible for know-how transfer, best practices, and supporting the development of Group standards and guidelines.
- Support UNO initiatives with process and automation teams.
Be in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
Other RequirementsGood command of both oral and written local language and English are required. Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial. Travel required to regions, plants, suppliers sites. Confident in international settings.

EducationUniversity Degree in Electrical and/or Automation Engineering.
ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and/or automation engineering field.
Knowledge And SkillsAbility to improve processes and systems to enhance performance of the job area. Strong working knowledge across all engineering fields with emphasis on electrical. Interpersonal and organizational skills. Good communication skills.
