is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Cybersecurity Analyst - Information System Security Officer (ISSO) position.

The Cyber Analyst - ISSO will support MDA GMD (Ground-based Midcourse Defense) in Huntsville, AL. Duties may include (but are not limited to):

• Implement Risk Management Framework (RMF) and develop/review/revise all necessary artifacts (System Security Plan, System Categorization, Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM)) and post within a classified database (e.g., eMASS).
• Analysis and application of critical thinking skills to develop courses of action and make recommendations based on results.
• Presentations to managers of results and supporting data.
• Providing weekly input to customer in reports and charts documenting task status, action item tracking, capturing risks and estimating schedule progress toward completion.

• Currently possess and ability to maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen.
• Must have a BS degree, with 7+ years of applicable experience; consideration may be given for a MS degree in lieu of years of experience.
• Security+ Continuing Education Certification (Compliant with DoD 8570 IAM Level-2).

• MDA (Highly Desired) or DoD experience
• Degree(s) in an Engineering or STEM field.
• Desired familiarity with Research and Development and Engineering Processes
• Documented experience with Systems Engineering “V” for requirements development, derivation, test and verification activities
