We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead and drive manufacturing process improvements across our operations. This role is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing high‑impact projects that improve efficiency, safety, and overall performance. The SPE acts as both a technical leader and project driver, generating innovative process improvement ideas and ensuring their successful execution. Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities- Project Development
- Identify and manage project risks
- Define project scope through collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Develop and implement detailed project plans
- Ensure all designs meet relevant company and industry standards
- Prepare comprehensive Requests for Quote (RFQs) for project bidding
- Coordinate and facilitate required permitting processes
- Project Execution
- Lead and manage project execution from start to finish
- Coordinate both internal teams and external contractors
- Develop project procedures, specifications, and documentation
- Oversee EHS performance and ensure achievement of all safety targets
- Promote and embed a strong safety culture across teams and contractors
- Track progress and ensure projects are executed effectively
- Provide regular project status updates and reports
- Develop and manage punch lists for project closeout
- Commissioning & Handover:
Ensure completion of punch list items - Coordinate final project delivery with all stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in industrial project management
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
