Content Creator & Shopping Host

Jeffers is seeking an energetic, business-minded Live Commerce Host & Content Creator to build and operate our live-shopping presence across Tik Tok Shop and Whatnot.

This is an on-camera sales role combined with hands-on content production. The person in this position will host live shopping shows, demonstrate animal-health and pet products, interact with customers in real time, create short-form videos, test promotional offers, and use performance data to improve sales.

The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking live without a script, genuinely interested in animals and animal care, and motivated by measurable revenue results. This is not solely a social-media awareness position. The role is responsible for building a profitable new sales channel for Jeffers.

• Plan and host recurring live-shopping broadcasts on Tik Tok & Whatnot
• Present products clearly, confidently, and accurately
• Domenstrate product features, applications, and benefits
• Answer customer questions and respond to comments in real time
• Maintain an entertaining, approachable, and trustworthy on-camera presence
• Host shows during the days and times most likely to produce sales, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Develop recurring show concepts that encourage customers to follow Jeffers and return for future broadcasts
• Monitor customer questions, cancellations, returns, and any common sources of dissatisfaction

• Create short-form product videos supporting live shows and shoppable listings
• Turn live broadcasts into reusable clips for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and other channels
• Maintain a consistent production schedule
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional priorities
• Fearlessness to try something new - testing show formats or schedules or content to improve conversion

• Repeat-purchase and follower growth

• Demonstrated ability to sell, explain, or demonstrate products
• Comfortable improvising and responding to a live audience
• Working knowledge of Tik Tok, whatnot, live streaming, and short-form video
• Basic video-production and editing skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include selected evenings or weekends
• Genuine interest in pets, horses, livestock, or animal care
