Compensation
: $44,000- $73,000

• Open personal and business deposit accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Resolve customer and internal inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

• One to three years of experience in banking, customer service, sales, cash handling, or a related field required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, trustworthiness, and sound judgment.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
