The Relationship Banker Business Specialist will:

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactively manage leads and generate referrals, leveraging knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new clients.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch, working with a range of partners to meet client needs.
• Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' holistic needs.
• Work with the branch team to identify and create referrals for consumer and business banking opportunities.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
