This is professional and administrative work in developing, coordinating and monitoring various contracts for federally funded grants, loans and projects.

• Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in accounting, business administration, public administration, urban or regional planning, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of responsible experience in contract coordination and in the monitoring of grant assistance programs.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.

• Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Must be willing to furnish own reliable transportation.
• Must possess and maintain automobile insurance.
