City of Dothan invites applications for a Certified Municipal Court Magistrate. The role conducts judicial duties, determines charges, drafts warrants, and manages court records.
You will assist the Judge, prepare dockets, handle cash bonds, issue subpoenas, and respond to after-hours calls. Requires Associate degree in Criminal Justice and 3 years in a judicial setting;
Alabama Court Clerk/Magistrate Certification preferred.
