• Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists, especially with hospice patients
• Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist

• PRN therapist: part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per-diem basis
• PRN is short for pro re nata, meaning "as needed"; assignments are provided to follow the POC as needed
• PRN offers flexibility and may involve variability in hours, with potential higher pay but no guaranteed benefits
• Settings include ALF and residential home environments
• Weekend and holiday shifts may be required; compensation is described as up to $110/eval + 2 units
