Competitive salary range $62,000 – $68,450, based on post‑licensure experience, plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and additional retention bonus opportunities.

• Provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence‑based approaches such as CBT and other clinical modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate DSM‑based diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high‑quality, client‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
• Respond promptly to client needs, including urgent situations, in both in‑person and virtual settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination.
• Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns that may impact clients or program operations.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical decision‑making.

• Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• OR Master’s degree in a related field with at least 24 graduate‑level semester hours in behavioral health‑related coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis.
• Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC‑MHSP, or LMFT.
• Clinical experience required (may include graduate‑level practicum or internship experience).
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively.
• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual formats.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality behavioral health care and continuous professional growth.
