Spectra Care is seeking a Mental Health Technician II for our CoOccurring Group Home in Midland City, Alabama. This is a full-time, awake position with a 12-hour shift and a rotating schedule. You will teach basic living skills and support residents in a therapeutic setting.
Essential duties include meal prep, documentation, transportation of clients, and crisis intervention. Strong communication, crisis skills, and knowledge of mental health are required.
