Responsibilities
The Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center is seeking Mental Health Technicians. Mental Health Technicians provide direct patient care to patients with psychiatric disorders, focusing on safety, patients’ rights, comfort, and a therapeutic environment. Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mental health, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- One to two years of experience facilitating groups with a variety of developmental ages (child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric).
