What You'll Do- Provide individualized nutrition assessments and care plans in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

- Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, OT/ST staff, and therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' overall wellness and mental and physical health.
- Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.
