What you'll need to bring:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure/certification as required for school-based SLP roles
• Previous experience serving children or adolescents in academic settings strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language assessment, and intervention strategies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational atmosphere

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments and contributing to eligibility determinations
• Developing individualized treatment plans aligned with students' unique needs and IEP goals
• Delivering targeted therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
