Jefferson University Physicians is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist physicians in assessing, examining and treating patients, manage patient flow, and perform diagnostic procedures such as EKGs, phlebotomy, injections and vitals. The role acts as a liaison to physicians to ensure patient satisfaction, maintains and orders supplies, and adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
Requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent;
Medical Assistant certification within 6 months of hire,
